Scott...seriously...that Zeitgeist stuff is amazing. I was worried at first that it may all boil down to religion or some "culty" attitude, but the guy is literally talking about stuff I've thought about forever and to this day. I do...n't see how any of it is hard to understand, but the guy is right, peoples ingrained attitudes are hard to change and most people just think the system works and this is how it's always gonna be, or they just climb the ladder the best they can cause life is too short to fight it. Well, eventually things will just blow up in our face and we'll all be scrounging for a piece of life. Some people might laugh at just the possibility, and it prolly won't change in our lifetime, but you never know and it's always nice to hear that somebody thinks like you do and has real human interests in mind. I'm about to transfer to OSU as a junior and study environmental science, which I'm thrilled about, but it's cool that he mentioned people in fields such as that don't always have the whole picture in mind. I do, and I'm anxious to find out what exactly I can do to help the problems we currently face. Hope all is well with you.
